Procurement Manager
Own the sourcing cycle from enquiry to delivered documentation across civil aviation, industrial machinery, and laboratory equipment. Build and maintain the approved supplier base in Sweden, Germany, the wider European Union, the United States, and Canada, and hold accountability for margin, lead time, and documentation quality on every order.
Procurement Intern
Support the sourcing desk on live enquiries. You will prepare supplier requests, track responses, and help assemble the pricing file that sits behind each quotation.
Trade Compliance Intern
Assist with the screening and classification work that precedes every quotation. You will learn how sanctions lists, dual use classification, and end user verification are applied in practice.
Logistics and Documentation Intern
Work alongside the logistics desk on bookings, shipment tracking, and the document set that travels with each consignment.
Technical Research Intern
Research parts, equipment, and supplier markets for the three business areas. The role suits a technically minded student who enjoys identifying the right part from a specification.

Structured onboarding
The first weeks follow a written plan rather than shadowing. Each stage of the transaction cycle is introduced in order, with review points and written feedback.
