Scope of these terms
These terms of trade apply to quotations issued by AK Kinetix and to purchase orders accepted against them. Where a signed supply agreement exists between the parties, that agreement takes precedence on any point it addresses.

Quotations and validity
Quotations state the offered make and part number, unit price, currency, lead time, Incoterms 2020 term and named place, documentation scope, and validity period. Prices outside the validity period are re-confirmed against the supplying source before acceptance.
Orders and confirmation
A purchase order is accepted when AK Kinetix issues an order confirmation. Changes to specification, quantity, destination, or delivery window after confirmation are treated as a new enquiry and may affect price and lead time.
Delivery and risk
Delivery and the transfer of risk follow the Incoterms term stated on the quotation. Lead times are stated in good faith based on supplier and carrier information and are not guaranteed against events outside reasonable control.
Inspection and claims
Consignments should be inspected on receipt. Shortage, damage, or documentation discrepancies must be notified in writing within seven calendar days of delivery, with photographs and the carrier receipt where transport damage is claimed.
Warranty
Goods carry the warranty granted by the manufacturer or the supplying source, passed to the buyer without extension. AK Kinetix does not manufacture, repair, overhaul, or certify goods and issues no independent airworthiness or performance warranty.
Compliance and end use
The buyer confirms that the goods are for the stated end use and end user, that they will not be re-exported in breach of applicable sanctions or export control regulation, and that they will not be diverted to military or defence use.
Payment and title
Payment terms are stated on the quotation. Title passes on receipt of payment in full. Bank details are only those printed on the AK Kinetix invoice, and any change is confirmed by telephone with a known contact before payment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any dispute resolution mechanism agreed in a signed supply agreement.

How business data is handled.
Data collected
AK Kinetix collects business contact details, company registration and tax information, correspondence relating to enquiries and orders, and the documents submitted during supplier or customer onboarding.
Purpose of processing
Data is processed to verify counterparties, screen against sanctions and export control requirements, issue quotations, execute orders, arrange transport and customs clearance, and meet record keeping obligations.
Sharing
Information is shared with suppliers, freight forwarders, third party logistics providers, customs brokers, insurers, and banks only to the extent required to complete a transaction, and with authorities where law requires disclosure.
Retention
Transaction records, screening results, and onboarding files are retained for the period required by applicable commercial, customs, and export control record keeping rules.
Requests
Requests for access, correction, or deletion of business contact data can be sent to info@akkinetix.com and are answered within thirty days, subject to retention obligations that prevent deletion of transaction records.
