What is required before the first transaction.
Verification is a precondition, not a formality completed later. Suppliers are approved before a purchase order is placed and customers are approved before a quotation is issued.
Supplier onboarding
Manufacturers, authorised distributors, certified repair stations, and approved surplus channels complete the same file before a first purchase order is placed.
- Company registration or trade licence and registered address
- VAT or tax identification number where the jurisdiction issues one
- Ownership details, including beneficial ownership where required
- Authorisation or distribution letters for the brands offered
- Quality approvals held, such as ISO 9001, EASA, or FAA where relevant
- Documentation practice, including certificates issued with each shipment
- Bank details confirmed through a signed letter on company letterhead
Customer onboarding
Corporate and institutional buyers are verified before a quotation is issued. Private individuals and unverified intermediaries are not served.
- Company registration, trade licence, or institutional registration
- VAT or tax identification number where applicable
- Registered address and the delivery address for the consignment
- Named authorised contact for purchase orders and approvals
- Intended end use of the goods and the installation or operating site
- End use statement or end user certificate where regulation requires one
- Agreed payment route and, where applicable, banking references
Sequence
Three steps, then trading begins.
Document submission
The counterparty sends the file listed for its track. Documents are accepted in English, or with a certified translation.
Verification and screening
Registration details, ownership, and named parties are checked and screened against applicable sanctions lists.
Approval and record
The approved counterparty is recorded with the scope of goods it is cleared for, and the file is reviewed on renewal or on any change of ownership.
