How long does a quotation take?

Most enquiries receive an initial response within two business days. Where a manufacturer configuration, factory lead time, or licence assessment is required, the expected quotation date is confirmed in writing at intake.

Which Incoterms are used?

Quotations are issued on Incoterms 2020, most commonly FCA, CPT, CIP, or DAP depending on the destination and cargo. The applicable term, named place, and insurance position are stated on the quotation.

What are the payment terms?

Terms are agreed per transaction and stated on the quotation. First orders are normally on advance payment or against a documentary instrument. Open account terms are considered only after verification and trading history are established.

Are partial shipments and consolidation possible?

Yes. Multi line orders can ship in stages against confirmed availability, or be consolidated at a forwarder facility and released as one consignment. The chosen method is fixed in the order confirmation.

Does AK Kinetix supply military or defence items?

No. The business supplies civil and commercial applications only. Military, defence, and export controlled restricted dual use items are declined at intake and are not sourced under any circumstances.

How are sanctions and export controls handled?

Every product is classified and screened against applicable sanctions lists and export control regimes before a quotation is issued. Where a licence, end use statement, or end user certificate is required, it is obtained before the order is released for shipment.

What verification is required from a new customer?

Trade licence or company registration, VAT or tax identification where applicable, the registered and delivery addresses, the authorised contact, and, for controlled goods, an end use statement naming the installation site.

Is inventory held in the United Arab Emirates?

No. The model is asset light. No inventory is held and no warehouse is operated in the United Arab Emirates. Each order is matched to a verified supplier and moved by established freight forwarders and third party logistics providers.
